z17冻结系统应用开机卡屏处理方法-钛备份冻结

1、cp /data/system/users/0/package-restriction.xml /sdcard/ (把文件复制到手机内置卡）

1，再把文件复制出来，用电脑文本编辑器 ，搜索 enabled="3" 替换为 enabled="1"

2、cp /data/package-restriction.xml /data/system/users/0/

2，把修改的文件，重新复制回手机

3、chmod 0660 package-restrictions.xml

3，修改改文件的权限

4、reboot

4，重启手机，看是否恢复正常
